Job summary

Crane Aerospace & Electronics in Auburn, CA is seeking a CNC Mill Machinist to set up and operate CNC mills, ensuring part quality and safety. The role requires 1+ year of CNC milling experience, GD&T knowledge, and use of micrometers, calipers, and height gauges.

You will document actions and maintain equipment and records, with good communication across shifts. The position offers first shift (M-F 7:00am-4:30pm), a $1,000 sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience machining with CNC Mills.
• Knowhow of inspection tools: micrometers, calipers, height gauges.
• Familiar with GD&T and cutting tool geometry.
• Understand safety procedures and machining quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC Mill to produce machined parts.
• Validate material, measure dimensions with precision tools.
• Troubleshoot tool wear and tool geometry; adjust as needed.
• Document actions and maintain quality records; support shift continuity.
