Job summary

RugPadUSA is seeking a Latex Line Assistant Manager to support daily production on the latex line, supervise shift staff, and ensure safety, quality, and output targets are met.

You will coordinate workflow, train employees, monitor performance, document records, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and downtime. This role demands strong leadership and hands-on problem-solving in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred.
• Experience leading a team and coordinating workflow.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Line Manager with daily production planning and staffing.
• Supervise and support production employees during shift.
• Monitor quality, productivity, and safety standards.
