Job summary

Fried Frank is seeking a Partner Recruiting and Integration Assistant to support the Director and Senior Manager in lateral partner recruiting, due diligence, and integration efforts. You will help coordinate interviews, manage candidate communications, and assist in creating a seamless onboarding experience for new partners.

The role spans research, scheduling, stakeholder coordination, and data management to ensure accurate workflows and timely updates across New York and Washington, DC

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1–3+ years of coordination-intensive, people-facing experience is valued among backgrounds in recruiting, marketing, hospitality, events, client services, executive support, or similar environments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate candidate profiles, market data, and interview schedules to support lateral partner recruitment.
• Greet and escort candidates, manage interviews, and maintain timely communications with candidates and stakeholders.
• Assist with due diligence, conflicts checks, and reference checks in collaboration with internal teams.
• Maintain candidate files, ATS data, and dashboards; generate reporting metrics.
• Support integration programs and coordinate timelines for partner onboarding and introductions.
