Job summary

Jackson Walker LLP is seeking a Lateral Partner Recruiting Coordinator to support attorney recruitment, integration, and retention initiatives across offices. You will coordinate interviews, maintain recruiting records, prepare approval materials, and assist with external recruiters, contributing to an organized and responsive candidate experience.

You will work closely with recruiting leadership, attorneys, candidates, and search firms to ensure timeliness and accuracy in all recruiting

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; two years of legal setting experience required
• Experience in legal recruiting or professional services preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to learn Firm recruiting, document management, and reporting systems
• Strong written and verbal communication, proofreading, grammar and accuracy
• Typing proficiency of at least 40 words per minute
• Ability to maintain accurate records and filing systems
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Strong interpersonal skills and professional communication with attorneys and candidates

Responsibilities

• Coordinate lateral partner interviews, including room reservations, virtual links, schedules and background checks
• Assemble interviewer lists and maintain interview schedules in viDesktop
• Coordinate candidate visits and greet candidates at the office
• Prepare and save interview evaluations and compensation materials
• Support search firm relationships and communications
• Maintain recruiting records and monthly status reports
• Track recruiting activity and generate reports for leadership
• Travel to other Firm offices as needed
• Perform additional recruiting and administrative duties as assigned
• Maintain and update Partner Recruiting content on JWConnect
