Beacon Hill is seeking a Senior Manager of Lateral Partner Integration to lead and execute the onboarding and ongoing integration of lateral partners across the firm, reporting to the Director of Partner Recruiting and Integration. This role emphasizes program management, planning, and strong cross-office collaboration.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years in related fields, with a proactive approach, excellent communication, and the ability to influence senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; JD or MBA preferred.
• 6+ years in professional services, legal services, talent integration, or related fields.
• Experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives with senior stakeholders.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to influence without direct authority and drive accountability across the firm.
• Willingness to travel at least 25% of the time.
• Excellent computer skills including MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead integration program management and stakeholder engagement for lateral partners.
• Develop and manage comprehensive integration plans with defined milestones.
• Planning and facilitating lateral integration meetings across offices.
• Provide ongoing support and engagement for lateral partners.
• Oversee onboarding and create an integration guide.
• Prepare and present integration reports at milestones.
• Analyze data and provide strategic insights for recruiting.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and tools.
