Job summary

The Bachrach Group (TBG) partners with a fast-growing law firm to hire a Senior Manager, Lateral Partner Integration for a hybrid role in Los Angeles, CA.

The position leads the integration of lateral partners, collaborates with Practice Leaders, Business Development and Recruitment, and develops and tracks integration plans. Travel up to 25% to domestic offices. JD or MBA preferred; Bachelor's degree required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 6+ years of experience within a law firm or financial services organization with prior talent integration, business development or practice management experience.
• JD or MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lateral Partner Integration.
• Partner with Practice Leaders, Business Development, Lateral Partner Recruitment Practice Management and other team members.
• Identify priorities for lateral partners.
• Determine metrics for lateral partners.
• Accountable for all integration activities.
• Execute Integration strategies.
• Travel to various office for integration initiatives.
• Develop integration plans.
• Monitor completion of integration plans.
• Participate in integration meetings.
• Develop relationships with lateral partners.
• Provide strategic advisory support for lateral partners.
• Oversee onboarding orientation for laterals.
• Prepare integration reports.
