Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic legal counsel to sophisticated clients in one or more of the following practice areas: real estate, litigation, land use, environmental, corporate, labor & employment, or tax.

• Maintain and expand existing client relationships while developing new business opportunities that align with the firm’s goals and values.

• Collaborate with other partners and senior attorneys to support cross-practice initiatives and enhance client service delivery.

• Lead and manage complex transactions or litigation matters with an emphasis on quality, efficiency, and innovative problem-solving.

• Mentor and support the professional growth of junior attorneys and contribute to the firm’s culture of excellence and collegiality.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and active bar membership in the state of practice.

• A minimum of 8–10 years of experience in private practice, with demonstrated leadership in a specialized practice area.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative and entrepreneurial mindset.
