Job Overview

A leading East Coast law firm is seeking experienced lateral partners to join its team in multiple office locations. This role provides an exciting opportunity for seasoned attorneys with a strong track record in key practice areas, such as Corporate, Litigation, and Trusts & Estates. Location: Miami, FL

Duties

• Lead and manage complex legal matters in Corporate, Litigation, and Trusts & Estates.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Drive business development initiatives to expand the firm’s client base.
• Work collaboratively with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver integrated legal solutions.
• Mentor and guide junior attorneys and other staff, helping them develop their careers.
• Contribute to the firm’s strategic direction and leadership initiatives.

Requirements

• Significant experience in one or more of the firm's core practice areas (Corporate, Litigation, Trusts & Estates).
• Demonstrated success in business development and managing client relationships.
• Experience leading teams and handling complex legal cases.
• Strong negotiation skills and a strategic approach to legal issues.
• Proven ability to innovate and provide practical legal solutions to clients.

Education

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

Active membership in the bar of at least one jurisdiction where the position is based.
