BCG Attorney Search is assisting a prominent East Coast law firm in locating experienced lateral partners to join its growing team in West Hartford, CT. The firm seeks leaders in Corporate, Litigation, or Trusts with a proven client track record and strong business development skills.

As a lateral partner, you will mentor junior attorneys, contribute to the firm's strategic direction, and manage complex matters across disciplines while delivering high-quality service to a diverse client base.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Corporate, Litigation, or Trusts & Estates law.
• Proven track record in business development and client management.
• Strong leadership with ability to manage complex matters and teams.
• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the bar of at least one jurisdiction where the firm operates.

Ideal candidates should have a proven track record in client management, business development, and legal leadership. As a lateral partner, you will be expected to contribute significantly to the firm’s business strategy, offer mentorship to junior attorneys, and handle complex legal matters for a diverse client base. Location: West Hartford, CT.

Duties
