Job summary

Haynes and Boone, LLP is seeking a Senior Manager of Lateral Recruiting to oversee the firm’s lateral non-partner attorney hiring program and related processes. You will coordinate with Section Chairs, DAPs, and Hiring Partners to identify needs, negotiate offers, and manage recruiter relationships while ensuring due diligence and onboarding alignment.

You will work with Immigration Counsel for visa issues, monitor budgets, and contribute to firmwide hiring strategy and reports.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of lateral legal recruiting and firm compensation structures.
• Skills in managing search firm relationships, due diligence, and budgeting.
• Excellent communication and leadership to guide partners and coordinators.

Responsibilities

• Identify lateral hiring needs and manage relationships with recruiters and partners.
