McGuireWoods LLP is seeking a Lateral Attorney Recruiting Specialist to lead the day-to-day execution of lateral non-partner attorney searches. You will partner with recruiting managers, attorneys, search firms, and candidates to deliver an efficient and exceptional recruiting experience.

The role focuses on direct sourcing, pipeline management, interview coordination, and onboarding, while staying aligned with recruiting strategy for assigned departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; 3+ years in attorney recruiting or related field.
• Experience with Firm Prospects, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing tools.
• Ability to manage multiple searches in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead non-partner lateral attorney searches from position approval through onboarding.
• Develop and execute direct sourcing strategies using Firm Prospects, LinkedIn Recruiter, legal directories and referrals.
• Coordinate interviews, evaluations, offers, and onboarding activities.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and manage relationships with search firms.
