IMC is seeking a Hardware Engineer to join its Global Hardware team to help develop next-generation ASICs powering trading infrastructure. You will work on RTL design, verification, and system-level thinking across the ASIC lifecycle, collaborating with hardware, software and research teams to deliver scalable hardware solutions.

The role emphasizes ownership across design, verification, and tooling, with a focus on reliability, performance, and maintainability in latency-sensitive environments.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related technical discipline.
  • Strong RTL SystemVerilog experience.
  • Experience with verification and testing strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in the full ASIC development lifecycle from specification to deployment.
  • Design and implement RTL for ASIC platforms using SystemVerilog.
  • Contribute to architecture discussions for performance-critical hardware systems.
  • Develop hardware functionality to support evolving trading and infrastructure needs.
  • Collaborate with hardware, software, and research teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
  • Develop unit tests and verification environments for RTL designs.
