Job summary

Checkers & Rally’s is seeking a Shift Manager in Seymour, IN to support the General Manager with managing successful shifts, achieving sales and profits goals, and ensuring guest and team service excellence.

You’ll build sales through Guest satisfaction, train team members, and uphold policy compliance in a fast-paced QSR environment. This role requires 1-2 years of restaurant management experience, high energy, and flexibility to extend hours.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years restaurant management experience, preferably in Quick Service Restaurants (QSR).
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedule and extended hours.
• High energy to keep up with a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Build sales and profits by improving Guest satisfaction and managing restaurant operations.
• Escalate concerns or recommendations to the General Manager regarding restaurant, employees or Guests.
• Train Team Members on Company operations, policies and Guest service.
• Identify and respond to complaints and policy violations.
• Help ensure the restaurant is a safe, clean and fun environment for our employees and Guests.
