Job summary

Checkers & Rally’s is seeking a Shift Manager in Indiana to support the General Manager by overseeing shifts, promoting guest satisfaction, and driving sales and profits. You will help ensure procedures are followed and train team members in operations and service standards.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills for daily reporting and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Build sales and profits by promoting Guest satisfaction and managing restaurant operations.
• Escalate concerns or recommendations to the General Manager.
• Ensure policy and procedures are followed on shifts.
• Train Team Members on Company operations, policies and procedures and Guest service.
• Identify and respond to complaints and policy violations.
• Help ensure the restaurant is a safe, clean and fun environment for our employees and Guests!
