Job summary

Insomnia Cookies is hiring a Cookie Crew Member at our Athens, OH location. You will be the point person at the front of the store, interact with customers, and bake warm, delicious cookies all night long.

As a Cookie Crew Member, you are part baker, part hospitality expert, and part late-night hero. You will handle orders, operate the register, and ensure every shift runs smoothly in a fast-paced bakery environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to obtain any required food safety certifications applicable to the location.
• Ability to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every guest with genuine hospitality and make every interaction memorable.
• Prepare, bake, and package our warm cookies, brownies, ice cream, and other treats to Insomnia's quality standards.
• Accurately prepare in-store, pickup, delivery, and online orders.
• Operate the register and process guest transactions.
• Keep the bakery clean, stocked, organized, and food-safe throughout every shift.
• Jump in wherever your team needs you, whether that's restocking supplies, helping a teammate, or keeping the line moving.
