Insomnia Cookies is hiring Cookie Crew Members in Toledo, OH. You’ll be part baker, part hospitality expert, and part late-night hero, welcoming guests, baking and packaging warm cookies, and ensuring every order meets our quality standards.

Join a fast-paced bakery that thrives on teamwork. You will operate the register, prepare in-store and online orders, and keep the shop clean and food-safe during evening, late-night, weekend, and holiday shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to obtain any required food safety certifications applicable to the location.
• Ability to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with hospitality and memorable interactions.
• Prepare, bake, and package cookies to Insomnia's quality standards.
• Accurately prepare in-store, pickup, delivery, and online orders.
• Operate the register and process guest transactions.
• Keep the bakery clean, stocked, organized, and food-safe throughout every shift.
• Jump in wherever your team needs you, whether that's restocking supplies, helping a teammate, or keeping the line moving.
• Resolve guest concerns with empathy and urgency, partnering with your Shift Leader when needed.
• Deliver the kind of experience that turns first-time guests into lifelong Insomniacs.
