Job summary

Insomnia Cookies is looking for a Cookie Crew Member to join our fast-paced bakery team. You will help bake, package, and deliver warm cookies while providing friendly guest service during evenings and late-night hours.

You will work with a fun, energetic team, handle orders at the register, and keep the bakery clean and organized to ensure a memorable guest experience that keeps fans coming back night after night.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to obtain any required food safety certifications applicable to the location.
• Ability to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with genuine hospitality and make every interaction memorable.
• Prepare, bake, and package cookies, brownies, ice cream, and other treats to Insomnia's quality standards.
• Accurately prepare in-store, pickup, delivery, and online orders.
• Operate the register and process guest transactions.
• Keep the bakery clean, stocked, organized, and food-safe throughout every shift.
• Jump in wherever your team needs you, whether restocking supplies or helping a teammate.
• Resolve guest concerns with empathy and urgency, partnering with the Shift Leader when needed.
• Deliver an experience that turns first-time guests into lifelong Insomniacs.
