Job summary

Chubb is seeking an AVP, Treasury Operations – LATAM to lead the development and oversight of Treasury Operations across the Latin America region. You will drive the regional treasury strategy, coordinate key deliverables, and serve as the point of contact for local Treasury teams.

The role requires guiding standardized processes, system improvements, and bank relationship management to improve liquidity and capital adequacy. Travel to LatAm offices may be required as part of the leadership role.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of treasury operations experience, preferably in multinational corporate setting.
• Bilingual Spanish-speaking is required.
• CTP certification preferred.
• Experience with cross-border payments and treasury systems.
• Willingness to travel to LatAm offices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee Treasury Operations structure for the LatAm region.
• Provide regular reporting to the Latin America CFO and regional treasury teams.
• Drive treasury strategy, policy, and initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal partners to implement payments/collection solutions.
• Lead Treasury transformation projects and modernization efforts.
• Innovate cash management practices and stay abreast of banking tech advances.
• Oversee regional banking relationships and liquidity management.
• Ensure adherence to global FX policies across local teams.
