Job summary

Chubb Ltd. seeks an AVP, Treasury Operations – LATAM to lead regional treasury activities across Latin America. You will drive strategy, optimize processes, strengthen bank relationships, and ensure compliance with local regulations while coordinating with the LatAm CFO and local teams.

The role focuses on liquidity management, real-time payment solutions, and dividend strategy within a multinational context. Travel to LatAm offices will be required.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of relevant experience in Treasury Operations.
• Bilingual Spanish-speaking is required.
• CTP preferred.
• Extensive Treasury Operations experience within a multinational corporate to a senior level.
• Ability to travel to Chubb offices within LatAm.
• Experience with Trax and/or Quantum is an advantage.
• Strong team player with leadership skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Extensive knowledge of domestic and cross border payments.
• Experience with Global payment & Digital payment solutions.
• Strong presentational skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Head of Global Treasury Operations, Americas to consider the optimal Treasury structure for the region.
• Provide regular reporting and support to the Latin America CFO.
• Drive the delivery of Treasury strategy and policy and support other business strategic initiatives.
• Influence and lead internal business partners to deliver payment/collection solutions in line with Treasury infrastructure and strategy.
• Provide Leadership to and support to Treasury transformation projects (TTP).
• Drive initiatives to innovate payment and cash management practices; monitor banks’ technology advances.
• Review existing support of the offshore Treasury team and enhance the delivery model.
• Oversee all Treasury Operations reporting and deliverables related to banking, cash and liquidity.
