Job summary

Chase's Consumer & Community Banking Treasury Analytics team is seeking a Liquidity Management Lead to advance our liquidity framework and manage a $1+ trillion retail deposit portfolio. You will work with Treasury, Liquidity Management, Risk, Data & Analytics, and Finance to influence senior leaders and deliver end-to-end liquidity solutions.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in liquidity/treasury, excellent communication skills, and a track record of cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• 8+ years of full-time experience in liquidity, treasury or related financial services roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to present to senior stakeholders.
• Undergraduate and/or graduate degree or demonstrated quantitative ability.
• Ability to learn quickly, understand data context, analyze problems and work cross-functionally.
• Self-motivated, thrives in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.

Responsibilities

• Liquidity Model: manage and maintain deposit liquidity models with calibration, documentation and implementation.
• Regulatory & External Engagement: collaborate to interpret regulatory changes focusing on retail deposit products.
• Monitoring: lead liquidity monitoring, track indicators, evaluate thresholds and enhance stress methodologies.
• Collaborate & Connect: build relationships across the firm; act as an internal consultant delivering timely solutions.
• Special Projects: support peer bank analytics, investor relations prep, deposit analytics and data architecture.
