JPMorganChase in Tampa, FL seeks a Latin America Payments Client Service Account Manager to serve Latin America clients on cash management needs. You will provide strategic advice, manage risk, extend liquidity, and collaborate with global partners to deliver solutions.

Fluency in Spanish and 3+ years of experience are required. You will lead client reviews, drive readiness for change, and expand portfolios through proactive engagement and advisory services.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant industry or functional experience.
• Fluent in Spanish, written and verbal.
• Willingness to travel internationally (1-2 times a year).
• Flexibility with working hours and use of virtual tools when needed.
• Advanced understanding of Treasury Services products and client needs.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to build partnerships with clients and internal teams.
• Experience leveraging AI-enabled tools and digital solutions.

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic advisor, offering consultative support to clients on business and operational decisions.
• Lead resolution and escalation of service issues, collaborating with bank partners to deliver solutions.
• Identify and address product/service gaps, leveraging the full suite of Treasury Services to drive client success.
• Recommend and help implement product enhancements and service delivery improvements.
• Communicate complex client issues and solutions.
• Ensure clients adhere to risk policies and stay informed on legal, regulatory, and cyber changes.
• Apply project management disciplines to independently lead workstreams and smaller initiatives.
• Expand scope to larger portfolios, proactive client engagement, and strategic advisory.
• Partner with clients to navigate change management events, driving readiness and removal of obstacles.
• Lead strategic client relationship reviews and identify opportunities to strengthen partnerships.
