Warner Bros. Discovery seeks a TA Operations Manager for LATAM to lead recruitment processes, harmonise tools, and enhance candidate experience. You will oversee direct reports and ensure operational excellence across the LATAM Talent Acquisition team.

Responsibilities include optimizing systems, collaborating with global teams, coordinating projects, and training new joiners, while ensuring service levels and scalable hiring strategies for a diverse regional market.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Talent Acquisition Operations or related functions in multinational companies.
• Proven ability to manage teams across on-site, remote and hybrid environments.
• Strong knowledge of LATAM labor markets, recruiting practices and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of TA Ops Analysts and serve as escalation point for recruiters and partners.
• Evaluate and optimize recruiting systems, programs and training across LATAM.
• Develop project plans for enterprise-wide systems, processes and policy implementations.
• Collaborate with TA, Centers of Excellence and Global Sourcing to drive priorities.
• Coordinate projects, meetings with internal/external stakeholders and provide updates.
• Provide training for new joiners on systems and processes.
• Ensure SLAs are met across the team.
• Develop regional strategy to manage the candidate experience lifecycle.
