Job summary

Jazwares is seeking a Sales Support Associate for LATAM in Mexico City to drive end-to-end order flow from validation to delivery and billing. You will partner with Account Managers and internal teams to ensure timely, accurate execution and effective cross-functional coordination.

We expect 3+ years in international trade or sales ops, fluency in English and Spanish, and strong Excel/ERP skills. The role offers hybrid work with on-site/remote options and a dynamic toy-industry environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in international business, import/export, logistics, or sales operations.
• Fluent bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
• Strong understanding of INCOTERMS shipping processes and international logistics requirements.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with a proactive, team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end order flow for LATAM markets, from validation to final delivery and billing.
• Partner with Account Managers to align priorities and coordinate cross-functional execution.
• Ensure order accuracy and compliance across LATAM markets with proper approvals and documentation.
• Serve as primary point of contact for customer and internal inquiries, resolving issues and escalating risks as needed.
• Leverage ERP and business systems to maintain accurate order data and provide reporting and insights.
• Facilitate cross-functional order reviews to ensure clear communication and accountability.
• Support Sales teams by coordinating samples, marketing materials, and quotes; drive operational initiatives.
