Crystal Equation Corporation is seeking a Legal & Compliance Operations Project Manager V to lead end-to-end initiatives for Content Litigation workflows across Brazil and LATAM. This onsite role partners with global contractors, tracks KPIs, and drives scalable processes while balancing complex legal obligations.

You will collaborate with legal, product/eng, and XFN teams to optimize workflows, manage risk, and deliver timely regulatory solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, operations or related program management.
• Strong data-driven approach to anticipate and unblock problems.
• Experience in Legal, Policy or Regulatory space and related operations.
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and process improvement mindset.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving collaboration.
• Conflict resolution with win-win prioritization.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Partner with the Program Lead as main NORAM contact for global contractors and vendors.
• Project manage Content Litigation operations in LATAM, tracking KPIs for volume, SLA, quality.
• Monitor regulatory risk across workflows and escalate before deadlines.
• Build scalable operational processes and reporting systems.
• Anticipate roadblocks in high-volume litigation cycles and coordinate teams.
• Inform team goals and drive upstream product- and automation-driven solutions.
• Negotiate trade-offs with legal, product/eng, and XFN partners to optimize maturity.
• Hold stakeholders accountable while maintaining professional relationships.
