Job summary

INSPYR Solutions in Menlo Park, CA seeks an experienced Legal Operations Program Manager to lead end-to-end Content Litigation operations for LATAM, including Brazil.

You will own compliance, deadlines, KPIs, SLAs and coordinate global contractors, vendors, coverage, training and operational improvements.

The role partners with Legal, Product and Engineering to transform workflows, drive automation, and escalate efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in program, project, or operations management.
• Experience in Legal/Policy/Regulatory operations.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and change management.
• Data-driven with KPI/SLA stewardship.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Content Litigation operations for Brazil, Brazil Elections and broader LATAM.
• Manage legal/regulatory compliance risks, including litigation and court-order deadlines.
• Own operational health through KPIs, SLAs, quality, case volume and workload capacity.
• Coordinate global contractors/vendors performing case reviews, including coverage, handoffs, training and operational improvements.
• Transform reactive legal workflows into scalable, mature operational processes.
• Partner heavily with Legal, Product, Engineering and cross-functional stakeholders, managing escalations, trade-offs, root-cause analysis and automation opportunities.
