Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a LATAM Recruiter to deliver full-cycle recruitment services across Latin America, supporting Manufacturing and Commercial teams. You will partner with hiring managers and cross-functional stakeholders to attract, assess, and hire qualified talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience and alignment with regional business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field preferred.
• Fluency in English and Spanish required; Brazilian Portuguese preferred.
• 4+ years of recruiting experience, with 2+ years LATAM recruiting experience preferred.
• Knowledge of LATAM labor markets and local practices.
• Proven ability to manage multiple searches in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (Workday, Taleo or similar).

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for manager- and professional-level positions across LATAM.
• Develop and execute search strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Source candidates via networking, research, direct outreach, referrals and social media.
• Conduct pre-screening and behavioral interviews/assessments.
• Present qualified candidates and insights to hiring managers.
