Cardinal Health in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a LATAM Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment across Latin America, supporting Manufacturing and Commercial teams. You will partner with hiring managers and HR partners to attract, assess and hire top talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience and regional alignment.

The role requires multilingual capabilities (English/Spanish; Portuguese preferred) and 4+ years in LATAM recruiting, with knowledge of local labor practices and strong

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish required; Portuguese preferred.
• 4+ years of recruiting experience, LATAM focus preferred.
• Knowledge of LATAM labor markets and local practices.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (Workday, Taleo) and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for manager- and professional-level positions across LATAM.
• Develop and execute search strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Source candidates through proactive networking, internet research, direct outreach, referrals, social media, and other channels.
• Conduct pre-screening and behavioral interviews/assessments.
• Present qualified candidates, recommendations, and insights to hiring managers.
