Cardinal Health seeks a LATAM Recruiter to deliver full-cycle recruitment across Latin America, partnering with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to source, assess, and hire top talent. The role focuses on Manufacturing and Commercial roles in LATAM and requires strong market insights and proactive pipelines.

The recruiter will manage multiple searches, build talent communities, and enhance candidate experience while aligning with regional business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• Fluency in English and Spanish required; Brazilian Portuguese preferred.
• 4+ years recruiting experience, LATAM experience preferred (Brazil/Mexico/Costa Rica).

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for manager- and professional-level positions across LATAM.
• Develop and execute effective search strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Source candidates through proactive networking, internet research, direct outreach, referrals, social media, and other channels.
• Conduct candidate pre-screening and behavioral interviews/assessments.
• Present qualified candidates, recommendations, and hiring insights to hiring managers.
