Cardinal Health is seeking a LATAM Recruiter to deliver full-cycle recruitment for managerial and professional roles across Latin America. You will partner with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to attract, assess, and hire talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

The role requires English and Spanish fluency, knowledge of LATAM markets, and 4+ years in recruiting, including regional experience. Collaboration with HR and Talent Acquisition will be essential across regions.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish required; Portuguese preferred.
• 4+ years of recruiting experience, LATAM focus preferred.
• Knowledge of LATAM labor markets, local practices and laws.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication, influencing and stakeholder-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for manager- and professional-level LATAM roles.
• Develop targeted search strategies and proactive pipelines.
• Source candidates via networking, research, referrals and social media.
• Conduct pre-screening, interviews and assessments; present hires to managers.
• Collaborate with HR partners to deliver seamless hiring outcomes.
