Job summary

Avantor is seeking a bilingual Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full-cycle recruitment with a focus on the Western Hemisphere, particularly Latin America. You will partner with hiring managers and HR teams to identify needs, source, screen, and close top talent while handling confidential information.

The role reports to the Senior Supervisor of Talent Acquisition and requires strong direct sourcing, candidate management, and collaboration across cross-functional HR teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years experience in a human resources generalist role or recruitment.
• Experience in full-cycle recruitment within a corporate environment.
• Certification in sourcing or interviewing preferred (AIRS, LinkedIn Recruiter, DDI, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment workflow with hiring managers and HR partners.
• Develop sourcing strategies including direct sourcing and networking.
• Pre-screen candidates and coordinate interview processes with panels.
• Provide compensation guidance and extend offers to finalists.

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
