Cardinal Health seeks a LATAM Recruiter to deliver full-cycle recruitment across Latin America for Manufacturing and Commercial roles. You will partner with hiring managers and cross-functional teams, leveraging strategic sourcing and market insights to attract and hire top talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

The role supports recruitment for multiple LATAM countries, requiring fluency in English and Spanish, with Portuguese preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred.
• Fluency in English and Spanish; Portuguese proficiency preferred.
• 4+ years recruiting experience with LATAM focus (Brazil, Mexico or Costa Rica preferred).
• Knowledge of LATAM labor markets, practices, and local laws.
• Ability to manage multiple searches in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with ATS such as Workday, Taleo or similar.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
• CIR or AIRS certifications preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for LATAM manager-and-professional-level positions.
• Develop and execute effective search strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Source candidates through proactive networking, outreach, referrals, social media and other channels.
• Conduct candidate pre-screening and behavioral interviews/assessments.
• Present qualified candidates and hiring insights to hiring managers.
