Job summary

Responsibilities include market planning, site evaluation, cross-functional alignment, and leading development pipelines from planning to openings. Travel up to 40% is expected; remote work is supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a corporate real estate environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Spanish.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, influence and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage new site approvals and openings through CapCom process and track milestones.
• Support franchisees via market visits, calls, and reviews to ensure adherence to policies.
• Lead market mapping and identify PTAs for long-term development.
• Coordinate with Construction, Design, and Ops to finalize lease, design, and opening.
