Job summary

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in accounting, business, or related field.
• 7+ years of accounting experience required.
• Knowledge of US GAAP and country-specific payroll, tax, and accounting principles for LATAM.
• Experience with SAP S4/Hana, SAP ECC, and SAP SuccessFactors/Employee Central.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise staff in general ledger, sub-systems, and related business systems and financial statements.
• Prepare and review finance activities, including close processes, forecasts, and annual plans.
• Lead a group of accountants and administer personnel functions including performance reviews.
