Job summary

SES Satellites is seeking a Manager of Payroll for the Americas & LATAM to lead payroll processing, tax compliance, and data integrity across the US and Latin American regions. The role focuses on ADP Vantage and SAP SuccessFactors data management, employee lifecycle transactions, and vendor interfaces.

Responsibilities include year‑end processing, W‑2s, expatriate files, and payroll project support, with a strong emphasis on data accuracy and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or HR or equivalent.
• 10+ years of payroll experience, US-focused with multi-country Americas preferred.
• Strong knowledge of US payroll tax requirements, W-2, ACA, and EEO/VETS/AAP reporting.
• Experience with ADP Vantage, SAP SF and HRIS/payroll interfaces.
• Payroll accounting expertise is mandatory.
• CPP certification or equivalent is preferred.
• Fluent English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate calculation and disbursement of payroll checks, direct deposits and taxes for the Americas.
• Manage year-end payroll processing, W-2s and expatriate files with vendors.
• Maintain benefits updates and 401(k) contributions with third-party vendors.
• Update and validate data in ADP Vantage and SAP SF across systems.
• Process special payments (commissions, bonuses, recognition).
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, local payroll laws and reporting.
• Support payroll stakeholder projects and cross-functional teams.
