Job summary

A Bachelor's degree is preferred with 4+ years of relevant experience and SAP or ADP/WFS integrations experience.

Experience in SAP or ADP/WFS integrations and enterprise payroll environments.
Senior level individual contributor role.

Responsibilities

Support administration and accuracy of global time and attendance processes.
Lead Workforce Software (WFS) testing activities, including process analysis, test execution, issue resolution, and validation of timekeeping functionality.
Produce documentation for timekeeping processes, audits, compliance reviews, and payroll-impacting activities.
Provide post-go-live support, including issue analysis, troubleshooting, resolution, and continuous improvement for WFS.
Train end users on WFS usage, processes, and policies.
Provide SME guidance on complex queries and issues to drive resolution.
Streamline processes to drive standardization and efficiency.
