Airtm is building the global stablecoin wallet for digital entrepreneurs. We seek an senior Head of Operations to align cross-functional teams with the CEO’s vision, ensuring money moves reliably across 40+ markets, while leadership focuses on product and growth.

You’ll own payouts, cost-to-serve, and time-to-launch in new markets, partnering with Finance, Compliance, Product, and Revenue to turn models into operational reality at scale.

Qualificações

• 10+ years in operations leadership in fintech, payments, or crypto.
• You've operated in emerging markets (LATAM strongly preferred).
• Fluent in the compliance realities of money movement, MSB/VASP frameworks, AML programs, regulator and banking-partner relationships.
• You've scaled an operation through a step-change in volume (e.g., 3–10x).
• Strong peer to finance and revenue leaders: data and unit economics familiarity.

Responsabilidades

• The operating cadence: set company-wide goals and OKR rhythm across teams.
• Cross-functional execution: connect Product, Pricing & Revenue, Finance, Compliance to operational reality.
• Payments operations: payout success, corridor reliability, partner performance, incident response.
• Risk & compliance operations: enable speed within regulatory frameworks (BSA, AML, licensing).
• Customer & enterprise operations: support quality, SLAs, and onboarding speed.
