Job summary

Airtm is building the global stablecoin wallet for digital entrepreneurs, enabling earnings, balance holding, value conversion, and cash out across 40+ markets. As Head of Operations, you will drive the operating rhythm, align cross-functional teams to CEO strategy, and ensure money moves reliably while expanding into new markets.

You will partner with the founder-CEO, owning outcomes, payout success rates, cost-to-serve, and time-to-launch in new markets.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in operations leadership, preferably fintech, payments, or crypto.
• Experience in emerging markets (LATAM strongly preferred).
• Fluency in compliance realities of money movement, MSB/VASP frameworks, AML programs.
• Scaled an operation through volume growth (3–10x) with concrete examples.
• Strong collaboration with finance and revenue leaders; data-driven yet execution-focused.
• Spanish and English fluency; comfort working across LATAM.
• Bonus: hands-on experience with stablecoins/USDC rails or two-sided liquidity problems.

Responsibilities

• The operating cadence: align company-wide goals and OKR cycles from annual objectives to team-level key results.
• Cross-functional execution: connect Product, Pricing & Revenue, Finance, and Compliance to turn models into operational reality.
• Payments operations: monitor payout success, corridor reliability, bank/on-ramp partner performance, incident response.
• Risk & compliance operations: implement regulatory frameworks, AML programs, audits, and actionable processes.
• Customer & enterprise operations: ensure onboarding efficiency, SLA adherence, and scalable payout partnerships.
