Bybit is seeking a P2P Regional Expert to lead LATAM growth strategy and daily operations. You will manage a small regional BD team, partner with local and global teams, and execute on the regional P2P strategy while ensuring compliance and risk controls.

The role requires strong cross-functional collaboration, data-driven decision making, and 5+ years in related operations. Fluency in English is essential and familiarity with crypto ecosystems is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in operations, business development, or product operations — crypto/fintech/tech or marketplaces preferred.
• 2+ years leading or coordinating small teams.
• Hands-on experience operating across multiple countries or markets.
• Strong understanding of operational workflows, project management, and execution.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Fluent in English; additional regional languages are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Own day-to-day P2P regional performance across LATAM and other regions.
• Monitor regional OKRs, volumes, disputes, and fraud patterns.
• Provide localised insights and contribute to product roadmap.
• Lead and develop regional BD team; set targets and workflows.
• Drive merchant onboarding and regional ecosystem growth.
• Coordinate with local markets to align operations with country dynamics.
• Communicate regional needs to Product and ensure local rollouts.
• Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Marketing, and CS on campaigns and education.
