Qualifications

• Experience with inbound logistics; Ocean/Air Import knowledge required.
• SAP S4/HANA experience strongly preferred.
• Strong Excel skills (formulas, reconciliation, tracking).

Responsibilities

• Manage and track inbound sales and transfer orders from creation through completion.
• Maintain accurate order documentation, quantities, and status updates across multiple systems.
• Support inbound Ocean/Air Import logistics for Latin America.
• Work with CBP bonded warehouse processes and ensure all requirements are met.
• Perform inventory reconciliation and assist with related reporting.
• Utilize SAP S4/HANA to process and monitor orders.
• Work in Excel to track data, run formulas, and support reconciliations.
• Communicate with internal teams and LATAM contacts to ensure smooth order flow.
