Job summary

Bridor is seeking a detail-oriented Central America Logistics Coordinator to support sales growth across Central America. You will coordinate orders, inventory, export docs, and customer service, acting as the link among Sales, Planning, Transportation, Distribution, QA, Customs, and Customer Service.

The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Spanish, with 2+ years in logistics or customer service and familiarity with SAP. Travel to Central America may be required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in logistics, business administration, accounting, or a related field or equivalent experience.
• Three to five years of customer service, logistics coordination, or related experience.
• Two years of experience in the food industry.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day logistics support to the Central America sales team.
• Enter, monitor, and manage customer orders in SAP.
• Prepare commercial invoices and export documentation for customs clearance.
• Coordinate inventory transfers for customer orders and product samples.
• Support transportation and delivery activities for customers throughout Central America.
• Partner with Sales when establishing new customer accounts and logistics requirements.
• Use customer systems and online portals to validate, submit, and maintain accurate information.
• Develop and maintain key performance indicator reports.
• Work with Customer Service to resolve logistics-related customer concerns.
• Monitor operational issues and communicate available solutions or alternatives.
