Job summary

SLC TRADE is seeking a logistics professional to oversee import/export processes, customs coordination, and bonded warehouse operations in Miami. The role ensures inventory availability, regulatory compliance, and efficient flow across the supply chain.

The ideal candidate has a degree in a relevant field, 2–4 years in logistics or international trade, knowledge of customs laws, and strong Spanish communication skills. SAP experience is required, with proficiency in Excel and inventory control.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in logistics, customs, or international trade.
  • Knowledge of Customs Law and related regulations.
  • Experience managing bonded warehouse operations.
  • Experience in inventory control and distribution processes.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Spanish (Speaking and Writing).

Responsibilities

  • Manage import and export processes.
  • Coordinate customs procedures with customs brokers, carriers, and suppliers.
  • Administer operations related to bonded warehouses.
  • Monitor and maintain documentation required by customs authorities.
  • Track inventory levels and merchandise movements.
  • Prepare logistics reports and data analysis.
  • Coordinate the receipt and delivery of goods.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in SAP.
