Job summary

Jugabet in the LATAM market is seeking a data-driven Media Buyer to plan, launch, and scale advertising campaigns on Facebook and TikTok. You will build Look-Like and Custom audiences from high-value players and deposits, run retargeting funnels, and optimize ROAS across regulated markets.

You will work with CRM and retention teams to improve ROMI, set up robust tracking with Pixel/CAPI, and ensure compliance with gambling ad policies while delivering performance insights for cross-functional

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on media buying on Facebook and TikTok in regulated LATAM iGaming markets.
• Experience promoting products in white/regulated iGaming markets with platform compliance.
• Proficient with campaign structure, bidding strategies, CBO/ABO, and lookalike/audience testing.
• Solid tracking setup: Pixel, CAPI, server-side events, and MMPs.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and scale ad campaigns on Facebook and TikTok targeting LATAM iGaming audiences.
• Build Look-Like and Custom audiences from depositors, high-value players, and events.
• Design and run retargeting funnels across install, registration, and deposits.
• Launch ROAS/value-based campaigns and manage long-term account health.
• Own app acquisition funnel: deep links, in-app events, and server-side tracking.
• Improve ROMI by coordinating with CRM and retention teams.
• Analyze campaigns, build performance reports, and identify improvements.
• Collaborate with creative teams to localize assets for regulated markets.
