Job summary

Jugabet, a gaming platform serving Latin America, is seeking a performance-focused Ads Manager in the United States. You will plan, launch, and optimize campaigns on Facebook, TikTok, and Google UAC to acquire players and maximize ROMI.

You'll collaborate with creative teams, conduct A/B tests, monitor budgets of $50,000+ monthly, and stay ahead of platform policies affecting iGaming. This role offers growth opportunities and a health-focused benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience managing ad campaigns on Facebook, TikTok, or Google UAC.
• Experience with LATAM markets preferred.
• Strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Google Ads/UAC, Pixel, and conversion tracking.
• Experience with acquisition tools such as Keitaro, Voluum, WebView Apps, Cloak Flow, PWA Apps, AdHearts, or AppsFlyer.
• Understanding of marketing metrics like CPA, CPM, CPC, CTR, and ROMI.
• Experience managing monthly budgets of $50,000+.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and manage ad campaigns on Facebook, TikTok, and Google UAC targeting iGaming audiences
• Optimize campaign performance to maximize ROMI and player acquisition
• Analyze campaign data and generate performance reports
• Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop effective ad assets
• Stay updated on platform policies, especially those affecting iGaming
• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies
• Manage and scale UAC campaigns including creative asset feeds
• Monitor competitors and market trends across paid social and Google
