Pivotal Consulting is seeking an FP&A Financial Analyst with OneStream knowledge for an 18-month engagement in Seattle. You will support budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting while helping the finance team leverage OneStream for insights.

Strong analytical skills and financial modeling are essential. You will prepare monthly and quarterly reports, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive improvements in planning processes and data quality.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
• Working knowledge of OneStream for planning, reporting, or analysis.
• Strong financial modeling and variance analysis abilities.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas, large datasets).
• Ability to translate financial results for stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with data validation across sources.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
• Effective communication and collaboration with partners.

Aufgaben

• Support annual budgeting, periodic forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Analyze actual vs. budget/forecast; identify key drivers and risks.
• Develop financial models for scenario analysis and decisions.
• Use OneStream for planning, reporting, data validation, and analysis.
• Partner with accounting and stakeholders to reconcile data.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly management reports and dashboards.
• Provide financial commentary for leadership and month-end close.
• Collaborate to evaluate operating expenses and headcount.
• Identify improvements to planning processes and data quality.
• Document reporting requirements and procedures for repeatable processes.
