Oddin is seeking an experienced ML Engineering Manager to lead two teams of 4–6 ML engineers and mathematicians working on esports analytics. You will align technical strategy with business goals, oversee model development and MLOps, and drive the roadmap with product managers and infrastructure partners.

You work in a hybrid Prague setup, with remote options, and you'll promote ownership, experimentation, and high-quality delivery while enabling team growth and cross-team collaboration across

Qualificações

• 4+ years as a hands-on ML engineer.
• Understanding of model development and validation challenges.
• Practical experience with MLOps.
• Concrete experience using AI tools to accelerate ML workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Lead two ML teams in different esports verticals.
• Define staffing needs and drive hiring.
• Manage performance and foster ownership.
• Set the standard for AI tool use and experimentation.
• Shape the roadmap with senior team and PM alignment.
• Review high-level technical decisions and ML architecture.
• Unblock teams with ML Ops and infrastructure practices.
• Evaluate AI tooling to accelerate development.
• Own the agile delivery process and balance delivery with R&D.
• Translate complex ideas into actionable tasks and drive execution.
• Coordinate dependencies across teams and external stakeholders.
