Job summary

CodeGeniusRecruit is seeking a customer-focused engineer to debug and fix web applications across an AI + SaaS stack. You will investigate talent-reported issues end-to-end, reproduce bugs, and identify root causes.

You will surface patterns to engineering and product leadership, document runbooks, and communicate with precision and empathy while supporting customers on web applications and AI tools.

Qualifications

• Ability to debug web applications with a software engineering mindset.
• Experience building modern web applications (React, Node, Flask, Next.js, etc.).
• Strong experience supporting customers on web applications.
• Comfortable with AI systems, including LLMs, agents, or generative models.
• Experience exploring AI tool behavior, such as fine-tuning or prompts.
• Familiarity with OpenAI/Anthropic APIs or agent frameworks (LangChain, AutoGPT).

Responsibilities

• Investigate talent-reported issues end-to-end, reproduce bugs, and identify root causes.
• Debug across AI + SaaS stack using telemetry, logs, and database queries.
• Triage issues, escalate true engineering problems, and resolve others via configuration or guidance.
• Surface systemic patterns and product risks to engineering and product leadership.
• Create clear documentation and runbooks to improve resolution speed.
• Communicate with precision, professionalism, and empathy.
