Job summary

Parasail AI Inc. is seeking a Lead Customer Support Engineer to sit at the intersection of customer success and engineering. You will own complex issues from production AI workloads, pair with customers to optimize inference workloads, and craft internal tooling to scale a fast-growing platform.

You’ll write production-grade code, partner directly with customers, and help shape the future of our AI Supercloud while ensuring reliability and excellent developer experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a customer-facing technical role.
• Deep in either low-level infrastructure or ML/AI with capability in the other.
• Solid systems fundamentals across OS, filesystems, networks, and performance.
• Hands-on AI/ML experience with models, inference, GPUs, or ML infra.
• Bias toward automating manual processes and building tooling.
• Strong written and verbal communication for customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Write code that compounds: bug fixes, new capabilities, and automation that improve every customer's experience.
• Partner with customers directly via Slack, email, and live calls to assist developers and ML engineers.
• Build dashboards and internal tools to scale support as we grow.
• Turn customer signals into a roadmap for docs, APIs, and features.
