Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Defines, analyzes, and resolves customer escalations in a timely and accurate manner.
• Investigates and resolves complex escalations using AI tools for log analysis and defect diagnosis.
• Provides periodic updates to customers and teammates on issue status.
• Documents complex resolutions for customers and internal reference.
• Delivers end-to-end production code fixes from defect confirmation to patch development and test generation.
• Assists team members with complex issues to gain experience.
