Banco Santander SA seeks a Vice President for CIB LATAM Structuring in the United States. Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in structuring and/or markets solutions for financial institutions, sovereign clients and offshore Latam focus funds.
• Demonstrated experience across Funding, Derivatives, Rates, and FX, including building and executing structured solutions.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and commercial judgment.

Responsibilities

• Originating, structuring, and executing LATAM-only solutions for onshore financial institutions, sovereign and offshore Latam focus funds.
• Partnering with Sales, Trading, and Coverage teams to deliver customized structures addressing hedging, financing, and risk management objectives.
