Job summary

Iridium seeks a seasoned Sales Manager for LATAM to drive adoption of Aireon’s surveillance data with ANSPs and aviation stakeholders. You will identify opportunities, design campaigns, and coordinate with Product Management and Marketing to messaging and GTM strategies.

You will lead workshops, develop trusted relationships at all levels, and navigate complex governmental environments to unlock regional growth. Travel within LATAM up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of sales experience in aviation in the LATAM region.
• Proven track record of executing sales campaigns.
• Excellent communication with non-technical stakeholders in governmental contexts.
• Ability to engage executives and decision-makers at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue LATAM ANSP and aviation opportunities, driving adoption of Aireon products.
• Develop and execute sales campaigns with the Global Sales Director.
• Lead workshops and educational meetings to present Aireon’s technology.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Marketing on GTM strategies.
